2006 - 2011: Undergraduate student in Biomedical Engineering, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, in Germany.


Projects:

At the moment I am programming a Flash based web application. This software compiles various sectional views of the brain (MRI and COMSOL simulation results, etc.) into an easy-to-use interface including 2D and 3D views. Our lab uses the app to display simulation analysis results on a case by case basis.

Clinicians and researchers may also access this tool online, to upload and present their results as well.
